FOR THE GROWN-UPS
Confidence has room to grow here.
Little Quest is a free starter adventure for practising multiplication. Sit alongside your child, offer encouragement and let them use the support they need.
What children can practise now
The free adventure covers the 2, 5 and 10 times tables, including products through twelve groups. It is aimed broadly at primary-age learners, but you can choose a starting point according to confidence rather than age.
Understanding before speed
Bridge Workshop displays equal groups. Other activities can reveal visual hints, counting support and worked answers. No timer is used. These are practice activities, not an assessment or a substitute for teaching.
Make the experience comfortable
Open Play settings to turn optional reward sounds on or off, stop the gentle map animation or use a simple background. The device’s reduced-motion preference is respected. Read aloud is optional and depends on browser support.
What the session summary means
“First try, no extra hint” counts questions answered correctly before a retry or an extra hint. “With practice or hints” includes supported and retried answers. Skipped questions remain separate. Pictures may already be shown in Bridge Workshop, so the summary is not a measure of unaided recall.
What is saved
This guest version keeps your current visit only in the memory of the open page. It does not create a child profile or send answers to a learning database. Refreshing, closing or leaving the page ends the visit. You can pause a quest while the page remains open.
No payment or account needed
Everything in the current starter adventure is free. There is no subscription checkout or child purchase prompt. Saved family profiles, additional tables and parent reporting are planned separately and are not available in this version.
A useful first session
Choose a familiar table and play one quest together. Ask “How did you work that out?” rather than “How fast can you answer?” Stop when your child is ready, even if the quest is unfinished.
